Stereo Microscope

A stereo microscope, also known as a dissecting microscope or low-power microscope, is a type of microscope that provides a three-dimensional view of a specimen. It typically has two eyepieces, each with its own objective lens, that produce separate images that are combined in the brain to give a sense of depth. Stereo microscopes are commonly used in a variety of applications, including dissection, inspection, soldering, and repair work, as well as in educational and industrial settings. They are often favored for their large field of view and ability to provide a clear, magnified image of the specimen without the need for higher powers that can be limiting due to the working distance.
